The roadmap was written with full documentation about the solution based on existing hardware  
components and software libraries. The proposed project roadmap, which included all technical and  
business aspects, cut the time of MVP delivery from 18 months to 6 months.  
Due to the business requirements of investors, Python was chosen as the language to build the  
backend solution, and Rust was chosen for hardware manipulation of the camera, lidar, sensors, and  
drone logic.  
A team of 6 senior Python developers was recruited and hired in the span of two weeks. The team
